Eligibility Criteria
Your purchase will be eligible for return or exchange only if:
- the product you received is damaged,
- has a manufacturing defect, or
- is significantly different from what you ordered.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.

Filler provided with the cushion cover is non-returnable.
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchange.
Requests for exchanges must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Process
If your purchase meets the exchange criteria mentioned above, please send an email to support@houseofmahe.in, providing the reason(s) for the return, accompanied by images of the delivered product, its tags, invoice, and packaging.
Our team will reach out to you to verify the details of your request and arrange a pickup from the delivery address.
Please ensure that you securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible.
Products will undergo verification and quality checks upon return. A return will be processed only if:
- It is confirmed that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
- The product is returned in its original condition (unused, undamaged, with tags intact, and all original packaging).
Should the product pass the quality check, a fresh piece of the product will be dispatched to you.
If a replacement is unavailable, you will have the option to choose from the following alternatives:
- Select another product of equal or greater value from our website. If the chosen product has a higher value, you will have to cover the additional cost.
- Alternatively, you may request a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
